We are excited that picture day will be next week, October 26 & 27. We know some of you have questions and are hoping this letter will answer them. This year due to continued social distancing, we will not be taking class pictures. Your child’s teacher will be notifying you of your exact date of pictures so you can ensure your child is dressed appropriately.
Please reach out to your child’s teacher if you are unsure of the date. Since we will not be taking class photos, only students that have paid for and brought in their package envelope on their scheduled picture day will be photographed. To reiterate, only students participating in picture day will be photographed. If you have questions regarding photo packages, please email the PTA at 205clarionPTA@gmail.com.
Students will not be masked while having their photo taken, however they will continue to be masked and remain socially distant while waiting their turn. Because of social distancing, the photographers will not be “fluffing” your child/ren.
We know our seniors are excited to take graduation pictures. Senior photos will be taken later this year and the date(s) will be announced when it gets closer.
Make up pictures will be announced once we receive the date from Class Act. You will be able to schedule a make up, if your child is absent or they need a reshoot.
